- When you register for GrantSelect we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Institutional Subscribers who sign up for the free trial account are not required to enter a credit card.
- Schoolhouse Partners uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Cookies
- A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
- Cookies are required to use the GrantSelect service.
- We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your GrantSelect Project Folder after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Data Storage
Schoolhouse Partners uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run GrantSelect. Although Schoolhouse Partners owns the code, databases, and all rights to the GrantSelect application, you retain all rights to your data within your Project Folder.
Use of Contractors
We may retain the service of outside contractors to perform services on our behalf (for example, to help provide technical support services or deliver new products or services). At times, we must disclose relevant personally identifiable information about you to our contractors so they may provide these specific services for us. We require our contractors to keep this information confidential and to only use the information on our behalf.
Disclosure
Schoolhouse Partners may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Financial Information
In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment Account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your Financial Information will not be stored by us. Subject to your prior consent and where necessary for processing future payments, your Financial Information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of reputed Payment Gateway Service Provider.
No Error-Free Performance
We do not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We may not always catch an unintended privacy issue, despite our efforts to do so. Accordingly, we welcome your feedback regarding any privacy concerns that you may have, including how we can improve our service generally.
