Subscriptions - Municipalities

Subscriptions for Municipalities are available to any administrative entity composed of a clearly defined territory and its population such as a city, town, or village, or a small grouping of them. This can also include townships. Electronic access is allowed for local government administrative employees and the municipal computer network, including remote access for users directly affiliated with the site when granted by the municipality through strict authentication.

Municipal Subscriptions include:

All Category Segments of the funding database: Arts and Humanities; Biomedical and Health Care; Children and Youth; Community and Economic Development; Education; Environment, Energy, Agriculture and Animal; Faith-Based Grants; International Programs; Minority Populations; Operating Grants; Scholarships and Fellowships
Site-Wide Access: Unlimited access enabled via IP Address Recognition from all eligible machines on your network without need of usernames and passwords for all of your users
Remote Access: Enable access of your database subscription for off-site research via a referrer URL
Email Alerts: Updates of new and revised grant programs emailed directly to all interested parties directly affiliated with your municipal administration

How To Subscribe

Ordering a subscription for your institution is quick and easy. You can choose to order online via our web form, or offline by downloading the appropriate forms.

Subscribe Online

Please have the following information on hand prior to ordering:

As administrator, your contact details
Your institution's name and address
All locations where the subscription will be accessed

Authentication - Access to GrantSelect can be set up in two ways. You may choose one or both methods of authentication.

IP address/range (users accessing from computers within an IP range defined by the site administrator) - You may need to consult your network administrator for this information.
Username and password.

Go to the online subscription form.

Subscribe Offline

Subscription orders must be sent to Schoolhouse Partners LLC. Please print out and fax or mail the completed subscription form . An email address is required for all electronic subscriptions. An electronic subscription activation form will be sent to subscribers upon receipt of payment.

Please note the following:

Payment must accompany all orders.
Orders sent without payments will not be activated until payment has been received.
Payments can be made by check, international money order (in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank), EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover); please include the complete billing address and the expiration date of the card.
